A visit by one of our representatives.

To complete a detailed application form.

Provide evidence to show that they have Public Liability Insurance.

If they employ staff show evidence that they have Employee Liability Insurance.

Provide three consumer references.
Agree to abide by the Confederation’s Code of Conduct.
